Professional Portfolio

My learning theory blends Transformative and Constructivist approaches, incorporating elements from Social Learning Theory, Scaffolding, Gagne's Nine events, and Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy. These concepts promote critical thinking by questioning the assumptions and expectations that influence our thoughts and behaviors, while also considering the roles of emotion and implicit memory in the learning process. My design philosophy is rooted in a systematic backward design strategy that focuses on the needs of learners, guided by the ARCS Keller model, Fosters a Community of Learning (FCL), The Dick and Carey model, SAM, AGILE, as well as ADDIE. These frameworks collectively establish a strong basis for creating training materials that are engaging, inclusive, and tailored to the specific needs of learners in various contexts. This portfolio is a compilation of the projects I've completed throughout my studies in the ISLT program. Each project features a summary of competencies that highlights my skills in instructional methods, graphic design, and applicable industry technologies.
